Full of energy and the ultimate in customer service, Sarah started with Bouquet as a delivery driver then learned floral design and is now manager. She’s been around the bridal industry her entire career working at a wedding gown store and doing bridal make-up for years. Her biggest passion is building relationships—people are her fuel. One thing she thinks people would be surprised to learn? While her home is very tidy, her closet is a tornado! Sarah’s favorite coffee order—a decaf caramel macchiato with pumpkin cream cold foam

Jordyn is from Omaha and was a nanny for 13 years before joining us as a floral designer. She has experience with party-planning from her own small business— Spin, A Cotton Candy Experience! That’s right, she owns a cotton candy machine and rents it out (operator included) for events. Along with cotton candy, Jordyn is passionate about her cats, Amelia and Harvey and says something people would not necessarily know about her is that she loves any and all kinds of thrifting and DIY projects. Jordyn’s go-to coffee order: the Pink Drink from Starbucks.

Kelsey is from Council Bluffs, Iowa and discovered her love of flowers when she was planning her own wedding. From there she completed the horticulture/floriculture degree from Metropolitan Community College and began her career in the industry in 2021. She loves working at Bouquet particularly for its access to unique flowers. “It makes daily designing exciting!” A fun fact about Kelsey? She lived in Cambodia for a short stint after high school. Her morning drink? A Nespresso poured over Ovaltine for an especially chocolaty treat!

Originally from Ashland, Nebraska, Heidi now lives in Omaha with her cat Louis. Her responsibilities at Bouquet include shop upkeep, rentals and basically keeping the rest of us in line. She loves working at Bouquet because it pushes her creatively and she loves seeing the weddings and events come to life after so much planning. Heidi spent a few months in Europe after high school and now dreams of living in Italy. She’s slowly learning the Italian language so if you see her, be sure to say Buongiorno!

Stacy started work in Bouquet’s storage closet (lovingly referred to as the “cloffice”) in 2022 but has since graduated to a space with a view. After 14 years in the healthcare industry, she pinches herself some days to realize her work now includes beautiful design in different forms (interiors at JH Interior Design), retail (through The Studio by JH) and flowers at Bouquet. Having a journalism degree from the University of Kansas means she is the resident writer and grammar police around the office (even along with Chat GPT). Stacy loves personality assessments, particularly the ancient Enneagram, thrifting and gardening. Sometimes she brings us her homegrown flowers to include in our designs.

Stephanie studied interior design at Missouri State University in Springfield, but social media has won out as her career of choice. Good thing she gets to be surrounded by all things design and beautiful handling social channels for JH Interior Design and Bouquet. She grew up in a farmhouse on a Nebraska acreage with pet llamas. She loves spending time outside–hiking, biking, kayaking, whatever gets her out of the house. Stephanie’s drink of choice? Water . . . Girl has never had orange juice or soda and doesn’t drink caffeine unless it’s an Espresso Martini.

Nancy started with Bouquet on February 14, 2022, and it goes without saying that she loves our group of talented designers. She has been in the accounting field her entire career and loves working with numbers. Many describe her as “mama bear” because she is an excellent listener and guide in life. Nancy and her husband moved from Northeast Iowa to be closer to family, which consists of 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Nancy likes to remind everyone that life is precious and short, so ENJOY each and every day to its fullest!
