Bridal Consult
Fill out our event form and give us the details of your special day. We will then contact you to set a Bridal Consult meeting at our space. Bring along whomever you’d like (we’ve had the groom, every bridesmaid and entire families!), or it can be just you. You’ll meet with one of our Bridal Designers to discuss your vision for your wedding flowers and any needed rentals (candlesticks, vases, votive holders, etc). We try to make this a fun and interactive gathering where we’ll look at inspiration photos, discuss budgets, and get a feel for your wedding flower needs.

Proposal
We’ll then set about creating a wedding flowers proposal. Within typically a week of your bridal consult meeting, we will email you the proposal including all costs associated with creating your ideal vision. It will include both cost expectations as well as timing for installations, pick-ups or deliveries. If you are in agreement with the proposal, you will sign it and make a payment of a percentage of the total.

The Big Day
We’ll be there to delight you with your wedding flowers! Our job on your wedding day is to support you and make sure your wedding flowers are everything you envisioned. We can work with your photographer for a reveal photo when you see your bridal bouquet or any other special request.

Post Wedding
Any rental items need to be returned to our studio the week after the event. We also hope you will share your wedding photos with us so we can promote our work and your beautiful day! We will also ask for a review so other prospective brides can find us.
